Before starting any SEO, website development, or digital marketing services, the client agrees to the following conditions:<\/p>

  • The client confirms that the website does not contain duplicate websites, duplicate content, duplicate pages, unauthorized redirects, or doorway pages.<\/li>
  • The client must not participate in link schemes, link farms, spam activities, or any other practices that may negatively affect the website’s search engine rankings.<\/li>
  • AK Digitaltech does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other particular results on any search engine.<\/li>
  • SEO performance may vary depending on search engine algorithms, competition, website condition, industry, content, and other external factors.<\/li>
  • All applicable service fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.<\/li>
  • If the client modifies SEO-optimized pages created or optimized by AK Digitaltech, or fails to implement recommended changes, any applicable performance guarantee may become void.<\/li>
  • AK Digitaltech follows ethical and search-engine-friendly SEO practices.\u00a0<\/li>
  • AK Digitaltech reserves the right to use completed website designs, layouts, wireframes, screenshots, and other project materials for portfolio presentations, case studies, advertising, and marketing purposes. A discreet link to AK Digitaltech may also be placed in the website footer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t

    Assignment of Specific Rights<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    For the purpose of providing professional SEO, website development, and digital marketing services, the client agrees to provide the following:<\/p>

    • Provide necessary FTP, CMS, hosting, website, and other administrative access required to perform website optimization and related services.<\/li>
    • Permit AK Digitaltech to communicate with relevant third parties, such as web designers, developers, hosting providers, or other service providers, whenever necessary to complete the project.<\/li>
    • Provide access to existing website analytics, traffic statistics, search console data, and other relevant information required for analysis and performance tracking.<\/li>
    • Authorize AK Digitaltech to use the client’s logos, trademarks, website images, text, and other materials for SEO, content creation, website optimization, and related marketing activities.<\/li>
    • If the client’s website does not contain sufficient textual content, the client may be required to provide additional content in electronic format.<\/li>
    • AK Digitaltech may provide professional content-writing services or additional website content at an extra cost if requested by the client.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      Non-Disclosure Agreement<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      During and after the contract period, the client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential, proprietary, and business-related information received from AK Digitaltech.<\/p>

      The client shall not use, disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential information belonging to AK Digitaltech without prior written permission.<\/p>

      The client agrees not to make false, defamatory, misleading, or intentionally harmful statements about AK Digitaltech, its employees, associates, partners, or representatives on public forums, websites, blogs, social media platforms, or other public channels.<\/p>

      Any concerns, complaints, or disputes should be communicated directly to AK Digitaltech so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved professionally.<\/p>

      In the event of a breach of confidentiality or misuse of confidential information, AK Digitaltech reserves the right to seek appropriate legal remedies and compensation for any losses or damages, subject to applicable laws.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Contract Termination and Cancellation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      The agreement will end once all services and obligations specified in the applicable service agreement have been completed.<\/p>

      Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party materially breaches the agreed terms and fails to resolve the breach within a reasonable period.<\/p>

      The agreement may also be terminated by mutual written consent of both parties.<\/p>

      The contract may be terminated if circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party make it impossible to fulfill the agreed obligations. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, riots, acts of terrorism, war, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.<\/p>

      After the initial 30-day service period, either party may request cancellation by providing at least 30 days’ written notice<\/strong>, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Copyright Protection<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      AK Digitaltech retains copyright and other intellectual property rights in the original materials, information, content, designs, graphics, and publications available on its website.<\/p>

      Users may download or copy website information for personal or internal non-commercial purposes, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact and the content is not modified.<\/p>

      Clients are responsible for reviewing the features, limitations, requirements, pricing, compatibility, and processes associated with their selected plan before making a purchase.<\/p>

      AK Digitaltech will not be responsible for refund requests arising from a client’s failure to understand the service requirements, technical limitations, compatibility issues, insufficient content, or other requirements that were available before purchasing the service.<\/p>

      By purchasing a subscription plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Subscription fees are charged automatically according to the selected billing cycle until the subscription is canceled.<\/p>

      Clients who wish to cancel their subscription must submit a cancellation request by email at least three days before the next scheduled billing date<\/strong>.<\/p>

      A confirmation email may be sent to acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request.<\/p>

      The client is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation request is properly submitted and confirmed before the next billing date.<\/p>

      For cancellation requests, clients should contact the official AK Digitaltech support or billing email address provided at the time of purchase and, where applicable, copy their assigned project manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Refund Policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      All AK Digitaltech subscription plans and selected services are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable<\/strong>, unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed upon in writing.<\/p>

      AK Digitaltech does not provide prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans.<\/p>

      No refunds or credits will generally be provided for partial billing periods, unused services, plan upgrades or downgrades, or the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation.<\/p>
